This manual describes the construction and operation of my continuous waste oil distillation system, developed and refined through many years of practical workshop use.

Unlike simple batch stills, this design operates continuously and is intended for people who want to process suitable waste oils into lighter fuel fractions efficiently and economically.

Many commercial systems are large, heavy, and expensive. This design focuses on simplicity, efficiency, and practicality while remaining within the capabilities of an experienced home fabricator.

If you can cut steel, drill holes, and perform basic welding, you can build this machine.
